The main responsibilities of the Party School of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee:

1. In line with the demand of the Municipal Party Committee for the construction of cadres, the Party School of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee trains and trains in rotation Party leading cadres at or above county levels, or those from county-level organs, towns and streets, and those district-governed cadres. It trains young and middle-aged cadres, the reserve cadres and cadres publicizing theories. The main responsibilities of Hangzhou School of Administration:

1. In line with the demand of systems of State Civil Servants, it undertakes training of Hangzhou civil servants, including initial training, on-the-job training, knowledge renewal training and specialized business training, etc.

2. Instruct training work of civil servants in counties, Xiaoshan and Yuhang districts and promote construction of online training.

3. Conduct theoretical studies on administrative act of governments in order to provide consulting services on the transformation of government functions, improvement of administrative efficiency and the making of scientifically sound decisions.

 

The main responsibilities of Hangzhou School of Socialism:

1. Organize the backbones at different levels from democratic parties and the Federation of Industry and Commerce and independent representatives to meet and study basic theories of Marxism and the line, direction and policies of CPC.

2. Implement on-the-job training of the cadres from Hangzhou United Front Work departments.

3. In line with the principle of combining teaching and research, educate and research the history and theories of Hangzhou United Front Work.
