750 Million Yuan Will Be Used to Construct Five Roads and Renovate Four Rivers

Hangzhou White Horse Lake Originality City is under construction in south part of Binjiang District. To speed up the construction and reach the target of forming the basic framework in  two years, having the initiative structure in four years and finishing the whole project in six years, the second phase of the construction on the city started recently.

The originality city is the main place for Hangzhou to develop the culture originality sector, which is also the important part for Binjiang District to construct two cities in south and north separately. In April, the construction of the infrastructure of the originality city started with a total investment of 500 million yuan and after six months of hard work, the whole project has reached the target as planned.

While constructing the infrastructure, Binjiang District started the second phase of the construction with only 90 days left this year. It is learned that the second phase project will include nine items with a total investment of about 750 million yuan, namely the second phase construction of Xianghubei Road, Changjiaxi Road, the Second Road, Yanshanbei Road, Xiaowen Road, Xujia River, Shusui River in Xiaolishan, Jiedao River and Ciling River.(Hangzhou Daily)
